The piece is from the Art Deco era (1915-1935) and is handmade. Belonged to my grandmother- simple but special. She wore it as a brooch but it has a pendant hook. Main colors are pale blue, green and white.

I remember playing with these as a kid so they are more than 50 years old. My grandmother owned inexpensive jewelry only and when I clipped them on my ears, they work well (hold well but do not pinch). I do not know what the blue stones are made of but they look “cut” like stones in jewelry are. In some pictures the metal looks a bit silver but, close up, it is a golden color, not silver. One clip has a scratch on the back (noticed only because I was taking pictures) that would not be seen while wearing.
