I purchased this from QVC over 20 years ago. In excellent condition, kept in silver protected jewelry box. I believe the stones are real. There are 5 interchangeable stones. Bail is marked 925 china,necklace is marked 925 as well. The necklace is marked 925 Italy, so it may not be original to set.
