I purchased this from QVC over 20 years ago. In excellent condition, kept in silver protected jewelry box. I believe the stones are real. There are 5 interchangeable stones. Bail is marked 925 china,necklace is marked 925 as well. The necklace is marked 925 Italy, so it may not be original to set. When looking at pics I see a small chip in the red stone, therefore, I reduced the price from 39.99 to 26.99. No returns accepted Please view photos for they are part of description. To change take necklace off first and choose pendent , put on bail and then put necklace through.
