This is a bright sparkly brooch made of textured cream colored lucite. It has AB rhinestones and a hand drawn design. It is concave in shape. It is possible it was an earring (Weiss?) or button that was recreated into a brooch by adding a pin, Either way, it has a very nice retro appearance and is a striking brooch.
