This is a vintage handmade Gerber baby spoon ring. It is size 5 and 1/4, but could could probably be expanded or tightened to accommodate a slightly larger or smaller finger. This ring has two dates etched underneath the baby's face, 10/ 20/ 75 and 4/27/78.
