A lovely vintage solid 14k gold lab created ruby '1970' double medallion charm or pendant. This wonderful vintage solid 14k yellow gold charm or pendant has two disk medallions set together with the top disk engraved '1970', the pendant with a beautiful bezel-set, milgrain edged round faceted lab created ruby above which glows a pretty reddish pink in the light, the pendant with an attached bail-beautiful and perfect for wearing on a bracelet, key chain or necklace! The pendant is unmarked and tests for 14k gold. The pendant measures approximately 20mm x 17mm including the bail and is about 3mm thick. The ruby measures about 3.5mm across.
