Antique painted charm or figurine, the origin of which is unknown to me. The figure appears to be an Englishman holding a newdspaper or proclamation, the left arm of the figure moves as you can see in my photos. The figure reminds me of a character from a Charles Dickens novel however, I've no idea if that it accurate. On the reverse are the letters ' REG ' or ' REO '. Measures 1 1/2" inches ( including loop ) and weighs 0.1 ounce. Will be well packed and shipped USPS Ground Advantage.
