Nice vintage piece of BDA jewelry- Budlong, Docherty, and Armstrong, who were actively in business from 1850 to 1971. a gold filigree top lapel pin with a tiny diamond in the center of the top piece. The diamond was tested with a gem tester. The stick is solid 14 k gold. The top piece is 12 k gold filled. It weighs 1.13 grams in total. It does have 1 small flaw which is clearly pictured there is a slight bend where the stick attaches to the filigree which would be very easy to straighten.
