Depending on your own taste, you can either clean or polish it or keep it in its original state. It was clearly well taken care of as it is still gold and shiny. That is why we love it so much. It is not new or professionally cleaned and I have no idea where it has been before I received it.
Unique and in great condition. All of the rhinestones feel securely in place. The purse open up into a pill box or trinket box. The hinge is working well and it closes securely. The pin appears straight and sturdy, though it does not open very far because of how the O ring is placed.
