It is oxidized and then lacquered to preserve and enhance all of the intricate details. This stamping is from very old tooling. Made in the USA! International Orders Pease do not ask us to mark packages for a lower amount – we will not do this! Note: Small orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
