This outrageous necklace is approximately 16 inches. The center drop is approximately 3 inches. It has beautiful, huge oval faceted purple stones in the center with what you would call book-chain, going around the neck. These are billowing chains with dangling open back teardrop purple stones with a dangling teardrop on each side of center. This is a very old necklace and does show some age to the back metal; otherwise, it is a rare and fabulous necklace.
