Steven Marc seagull brooch white black enamel
Signed on back; Steven Marc and a year.not positive but I think it’s 1987 – it has a lot of the paint puddled over it. The bird has a blue rhinestone eye. I will note if there are any actual flaws, such as broken parts, missing stones, dents, etc.
