Manufactured in the 1990s in the United States, this is a signed statement piece in excellent condition, suitable for collectors of Napier designer pieces.
These necklaces-lockets were made in Rostov the Great in USSR in 1980s (Russia). Because they are hand painted each side is a little different. After each color the jewelry must be fired in a special oven then cooled off and painted with the next color.
