Unique vintage sterling silver blister pearl floral leaf pendant choker necklace. Back of pendant is marked “Sterling”. Chain is unmarked, but is sterling silver. Metal has heavy dark patina that can be removed with polishing if desired, and the back of the pendant has some surface wear (see pictures). Everything else is in great vintage condition.
