This auction is for a pretty Victorian Sweetheart Love Birds (Swallows) & Entwined Hearts Sterling Hallmarked Brooch…. Measures approx 1 3/4” wide by 3/4” long… Secure C clasp….the brooch is hallmarked for Birmingham but can’t read the date letter because it’s under one of the bobbles… the makers mark is S. Bros … Jewelry embellished with hearts, flowers and birds were very popular in the Victorian era and were often given as symbols of loving affection and true friendship…..In lovely preloved condition…..please see all my photos as they are part of my description…… I have other jewelry on Ebay and happily combine shipping..
