I believe the chain would likely be considered a “Flat Link Chain.”. The clasp bears a spring ring closure and it appears to link to any of the chain links on the opposite end (ie – there isn’t a dedicated end piece for it to attach to).

The middle bears a white flower and green leaf next to it. I’m not entirely sure what the flower is supposed to be, but an educated guess would be a daisy or a rose. As such, it will go to the new owner just as I found it.
