A striking vintage sterling silver and amethyst ring by celebrated Danish silversmith Niels Erik From. Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver, this sculptural Danish Modernist design features a vibrant purple amethyst cabochon rising dramatically from a sleek concave square mount. The interplay between the softly curved geometric silver panel and the rounded almost conical amethyst creates a bold architectural aesthetic that is unmistakably Scandinavian in character. Hallmarked “FROM 925S” to the inner band. The ring measures AU/UK size N (US 6.5) with a 17.5mm x 17.5mm face, a stone height of approximately 11.5mm above the finger when worn, and a weight of 8.54 grams. A highly collectible example of classic Danish modern jewellery design.
