This is a puffy (Hollow) heart charm. The design is two small hearts with a flower on either side and a swirls border. If there are white or dark spots on my photos, it is camera flash or reflection of background unless noted otherwise, not an imperfection. This charm is marked Sterling on the back. There is engraving on the back of this heart charm. The back of the charm has been professionally engraved with the initials “B.J.Y.”. The charm is in good condition, with no dings or dents.
