A beautifully crafted vintage Taxco Mexico sterling silver ring by J. Morales. This striking wide band features intricate twisted ropework and raised bead decoration arranged in a symmetrical folk-art inspired design, creating wonderful depth and texture across the surface. Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver, the ring displays the quality workmanship and distinctive character for which Taxco silver jewellery is renowned. Signed J. Morales, Sterling 925 Mexico and bearing an eagle assay mark with the numeral 3. Ring size AU/UK M½, US 6.25, with an internal diameter of 16.71mm. Measures 15mm in width and weighs a substantial 9.55 grams. A beautiful example of traditional Mexican silver craftsmanship with timeless appeal.
