You are looking at a great retired Kirk’s Folly Dream Angel Scepter Fairy Godmother Brooch. At the base of the scepter is a round glass with a fairy in the center. The danglers below that are a crown, a crystal, heart, key, and one more piece. This piece was a gift to me and I never wore it. It has been sitting in my jewelry case. I do not have the box. .
