Beautiful, new jewelry set by Joan Boyce. I think the stones look exactly like the spinel ones on other pieces of jewelry that I have. Most often they are black, but these are most definitely gold. After reading about spinels, I learned that they have the same physical properties as in all crystal. Also, they are found in alluvial deposits. The bracelet has round rhinestones on either side of the main bar – please see our last picture. The bracelet also uses a “lariat” type of closure – really great for those of us who like a bracelet to fit properly. thanks for looking at my auction.
