The natural variations, grain patterns, and age-related coloration are characteristic of genuine carved bovine bone. Individually carved beads. Continuous strand necklace.
Visually inside of bracelet: If you look really closely there are fine grain lines going in a circle all around. The texture is still smooth though, and doesn’t snag it rules out natural bone. I don’t see any variation in color throughout, or natural pitting.
