Vintage 925 Sterling and Polished Iolite Stone Necklace in various gorgeous shades of transparent blue. This piece has a hook type closure and the 925 is stamped near the catch and there are also initials of MD that may be a makers mark stamped in the same location. Necklace is approximately 17 inches long and is made up of oval shaped polished iolite beads with a dangling blue charm and 2 tiny silver beads. I am not sure if the the 2 beads that are on either side of the charm or the wire on the charm itself are sterling as they are not marked. Charm is faceted but I’m not sure if it is made of iolite like the rest of the necklace. Overall piece is in good condition but may have minor scuffs, scratches, dust and tarnish. I do not clean or polish my jewelry.
