I am unsure if the lady is hand painted or if its a transfer (I am leaning towards hand painted). the gold edge, while worn off in certain spots, does appear to be hand painted. The porcelain does wiggle a little bit in the sterling setting but is not at risk of falling out.

The beads look like coral. And the seed pearls are real. The painting itself is stunning, not sure on what material assuming porcelain?. There’s glass over it. I tested the bale and it held up to 14k gold.
