THIS NECKLACE IS FROM THE 1950’s WHEN THE BEAD AND BAR DESIGN WAS FIRST INTRODUCED. THESE BLACK AND WHITE POLKA DOT MURANO BEADS ARE UNIQUE AND FANCIFUL. THE ENAMELED CONNECTORS HAVE A LITTLE TWIST FOR ADDED INTEREST. THE COLORS AND DESIGN GO WITH EVERYTHING! LATER THIS DESIGN WOULD EVOLVE INTO METAL BAR CONNECTORS INSTEAD OF ENAMELED ONES, THE MORE EXPENSIVE PROCESS. THE LATER NECKLACES DO NOT FEATURE CLASPS EITHER.
