This is new old stock from a high end designer boutique that closed many years ago – this one is a dog collar/choker/cuff necklace in genuine stingray leather and sterling silver. It is about 10.5mm in diameter and is new with tag. The inside circumference including the gap is approx. 15.5 inches. Can be worn alone or a pendant with a large bail can be slipped over that end.
