At the top of the grapes that may be called a crown there are two crystals missing. The branch also shows a little wear. I could not find another one of these to give any more information. AI does say designed by Alfred Philippe.

This VTG vintage to now Estate Jewelry lot of Necklaces, Bracelets, Brooches, Earrings, and Rings includes a variety of accessories, majority adorned with rhinestones and crystals and make remarkable statement jewelry pieces. A few are highly collectible pieces. One says 925 and is magnetic so it’s probably plated. A few others may be plated but arent labeled. Ring sizes are 5.25, 8.75 (x2) & 10. All of the pieces are in beautiful condition, all in working order and missing NO stones. Made with mixed metals and materials, these pieces exude a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic that is both timeless and elegant. (Items may need to be cleaned).
