The underside is just gold gilded. It is 7/8″ tall. It is a heavier weighted brooch pin. The brooch pin is hallmarked on the back with the Zentall hallmark. Conditional issues are light surface scratching with general signs of use and wear.
Assuming it’s from around 1960. I can’t seem to find much info for verification though. 2″ wide, 1.5″ tall.
