If mounted in the usual manner, the flowers and leaves hang down from the planter or vase. The clip is silverplate or pewter and 2-dimensional. Nice detail. The clip in marked Made U.S.A. At the top of the vase there were some little rhinestones but most are gone. There may have been stones in the flower centers, but it is hard to tell. 1-7/8″ x 1-3/4. I have not cleaned or buffed the clip. I love dress clips for their versatility! I have lots of vintage items, especially jewelry, in my store, so come on in and look around!
