It’s in lovely condition, with stone setting marks to the back of the head and an old resizing to the back of the band. The diamonds each weigh around 12pts. A superb quality, ribbed knife-edge band in solid 18 carat white gold leads to its galleried head set with a rich pink cabochon-cut natural ruby alongside a sky blue cushion-cut natural sapphire.
