Dainty Vintage Estate Solid 14K Gold SAMUEL AARON Diamond Toi Et Moi Ring NY 6.5

A small and lovely vintage American solid 14k gold diamond Toi et Moi ring, marks of Samuel Aaron, dating to circa the 1980s. This dainty romantic vintage solid 14k yellow gold Toi et Moi ring has two pretty prong-set sparkling earth-mined diamonds raised in a wonderful twisting gallery, the ring with a rounded knife-edge type band-a super romantic dainty ring! The ring is marked inside the band with ’14KP’ for 14 karat gold ‘plumb’ (the plumb mark was used in the US mostly from 1981-1990) and maker’s mark ‘GTR’ for Samuel Aaron (founded in 1950 in Manhattan, NY). The ring tests for 14k gold. The ring sits about halfway between a size 6 1/2 and a size 6 3/4 (perhaps a fraction closer to a 6 1/2). The ring measures about 4mm x 2mm across the gemstones.
