It is stamped “14k” inside the band. It also has a maker’s mark which looks like a star and maybe a letter. Weighs 3.6 Grams. It has 4 round cut gemstones across the top and one vacant spot. The ring can be personalized with the birthstones of 5 children/grandchildren, etc.

The three pieces are soldered together. It is a size 5 and cannot be sized. The main band is a comfort fit and the three asscher cut main stones are set in a secure bevel setting making it extra secure and comfortable with no catching prongs or hair.

Ring features (7) round diamonds in individual 4-prong settings. The diamonds are set in an open, freeform textured setting supported on a half round shank. Ring is currently a size 3.5. Expect only minor surface abrasions consistent with age, use, and storage.
It’s possible that this ring was later reproduced with a 14K gold setting, as occasionally seen in well-preserved or reworked antique pieces.
I took this to Gary L. Smith Forensic Jeweler™/Forensic Gemologist® G.G., A.G.A.-A.S.G., A.S.A.-M.G.A Member, Retired Master Gemologist Appraiser® who to my surprise said the set is antique dark blue sapphire with authentic diamonds . In reflective light it will give off a beautiful ocean blue hue. I trust his appraisal of the ring at 1000$ and am selling it as is (see photos regarding sapphire crown setting needs repair but still appraised at this price). The earrings are included as an extra for 450$ .
