Vintage unsigned mid-century modern gold-tone starburst brooch featuring a large glossy black domed cabochon center surrounded by radiating textured rays. A classic atomic-age design from the 1960s–1970s, secured with a rollover safety clasp. A striking statement accessory for vintage jewelry collectors or lovers of retro fashion. Condition: * Good vintage condition. * Some expected wear and discoloration to the gold-tone finish from age. The dome looks almost gun metal black - and then to a copper color - I have no idea what the original colors were of this pin but the discolorations makes it so unique looking.
