This 1930s vintage gold tone brass dress clip has a round clear celluloid plastic insert that has a white starburst design inside. The clip measures 2 1/4" tall, has a spring loaded clip on the back that you can clip onto anything, very much like a brooch. It can be worn on the top, edge, or collar of a shirt or blouse, a hat, a jacket lapel, purse top, or any thing else.
