I bought this a few years ago where I worked to use in a project. Designed as a bag handle ring, ìt works beautifully as a scarf or shawl ring for a medium weight fabric. It measures 1 5/16" diameter inside and 1 7/8" outside. My original purchase was to use it as a weight for a wind-chime, but I went with something else.. From a non smoking home.
